Below you will find information on where you can take weekly classes.

For those who would like to immerse themselves more intensively, there are also events where you can have classes every day, instead of spreading it out over a term. Tango Mangos and other special events often offer beginners and intermediate classes.

Classes for SPRING 2010 will start from January 12th, with beginners as well as higher level classes in Totnes and Chagford.
In Totnes, the venue will be The Mansion in the center of town. Beginners classes will be on Wednesdays at 6.30pm, Improvers and Intermediate level classes will be on Wednesdays at 7.45pm.

In Chagford, there will be an absolute beginners class on Tuesdays at 7pm, followed by an improvers class at 8.15pm. The venue is the Jubilee Hall.

"Musical Secrets" - a course on Tango Musicality on Thursdays, 7pm-8pm @ The Mansion, Totnes

Thursday evenings, 7pm-8pmpm, starting January 14th
OPEN TO ALL LEVELS
This class is an invitation to look into the various aspects of the music that shape our dancing. The classes will be open to all levels, no partner is needed. Some of the classes may include some moving/dancing, but not all. The focus is on listening. A minimum of 10 people is required to run the class.

All spring term dates:
Thursday evenings, 7pm-8pm, starting January 14th
Jan 14th, 21st & 28th
Feb 4th & 25th (NOT 11th & 18th)

Thursday evening Practica @ The Mansion, Totnes:
On Thursday evenings, 8.30pm-9.30pm, to coincide with the dates of the Musical Secrets course (see above). Free for those who come to the Musical Secrets classes, otherwise £2, just come along and join in to practice what you have learnt.

Private lessons @ The Mansion, Totnes, on Thursday evening:
It is also possible to have private lessons during the time of the practica. Please ring Ruth on 01803 868302 to arrrange a time and date.

Regular Classes in Chagford

Classes in Chagford will start on Tuesday, January 12th
We will be at the Jubilee Hall, in Chagford, opposite the church
