It's a high quality but low budget "pick 'n' mix" event, where you can design the length and intensity of your stay to suit your needs. You decide to come for the whole duration or a part of it. You decide to just come for dancing or to also take classes and private lessons. You may want to book yourself a B&B in the area or join the intrepid group of campers and dormers instead. You can join the communal food sharing, or cater for yourself.
